Step 2 Confirm the Design
Once you have received your quote, the next step is to confirm your design. We encourage our clients to submit their logos and any specific design requirements, fostering a collaborative relationship with our talented design team. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in our promise to deliver sample designs within 3 days of receiving your deposit. This not only showcases our efficiency but also reinforces our transparent pricing strategy, as the deposit will be deducted from the total cost during mass production. Step 3 Make Samples
Once you approve the design, we promptly initiate the sample-making phase, ensuring that you receive high-quality prototypes within a swift timeframe of 4 to 7 working days. This commitment to efficiency allows you to visualize your product before committing to larger quantities.
Step 4 Confirm Samples
Upon completion of the samples, we prioritize your satisfaction by confirming the results through two distinct methods. First, we provide you with high-resolution photographs of the samples, allowing for a quick review and feedback process. This option is particularly beneficial for clients who require immediate insights into the product's appearance and functionality. For those who prefer a more tactile experience, we also offer the delivery of the actual samples to your specified location, catering to clients who demand a hands-on evaluation of their products. This dual approach ensures that all client preferences are met, fostering a collaborative environment.
Step 5 Start Mass Production
Once you have reviewed and approved the samples, we will proceed to the next phase: mass production. At this stage, we will send you a detailed order form for final confirmation, ensuring that all specifications are accurately captured. Following your approval, our dedicated production team will commence the manufacturing process, with a delivery timeline of 15 to 21 working days. Step 6 Ship to you
